On this episode of HOT ROD Garage presented by Lincoln tech, Tony Angelo and Lucky Costa take their ’65 LeMans project and turn it into a road-trip hauler. Already having upgraded the entire chassis and suspension, the guys turn their attention to highway speeds. To make the LeMans eat up long stretches of road at modern highway speeds (and then some),they install a Gearstar 700R4 and a Currie bolt-in 9-inch rearend. When it’s all together, it’s time to hit the road from L.A. to Denver to the Lincoln Tech campus where the LeMans body will be worked and painted to a killer shine!
