Ip Ching finds out Yat-to and Oi-ling go to Shanghai to attend a W.H.C.O. conference as they want to make a pitch for the bill. During an interview, she emphasizes that dominance among pharmaceutical companies can only be attained through her bill. In Shanghai, Yat-to gives Oi-ling a sweet promise before the conference. At Silent Night, a stampede incident takes place on bar street. Zoe So, Man-shun and their chums promptly embark on a rescue mission. While Tong Ming receives some morning message from Zoe So and is so happy that he dances with joy, Zoe So, who is saving lives at the scene, has a serious accident.
